VANCOUVER VERVE
AN INDIVIDUALISTIC EYE IN VANCOUVER'S STREET FASHION

This lovely artist/ composer/ nanny I met at Granville Island. She is a lover of life and was so eager to hear about mine. Awesome. Her gorgeous name? Birdie. Her oversized cardigan paired with loosely hung slacks gave off a very unique, yet relaxed look.Accessorized perfectly with a vintage light brown bag, a subtle long necklace, a pair of long feather earrings. My personal favorite part of her ‘get up’ was the home made knit headband. Yes Please!

You know that guy in high school is “class room friends” with everyone, the life of the party and the guy that every girl secretly has a crush on? Zack is certainly one of them. This incredible male specie enjoys entertaining, making loud music and most importantly getting his head rubbed. Other than his luscious locks, the classic plaid and grey/ivory Levi’s are what initially drew me to him as they are garments every man should have in his closet. His London inspired Military boots gave him a hard edge but was softened with the accompaniment of his vintage printed knit back sack.

This good lookin’ chap brightened my day when I stumbled upon him on Granville St. Such a positive attitude! James was dress in rusty orange, cropped pants, ankle style hiking boots and a denim coat layer with a casual grey sweater, and a plaid button up collared shirt. His yellow toque adds a pop of colour allowing his perfectly trimmed beard to stand out giving a warm feeling all around. You just know this guy gives a solid teddy bear hug!
